Staff QA Engineer - High Profile Opportunity for a White Box QA Pro

Working from our corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, you will lead in the quality assurance and on-going improvement of our key software. As a staff level professional and technical lead, you will design and architect automation frameworks, as well as write and develop manual and automated test cases for our proprietary VoIP call center applications. This will include playing a vital role in driving the adoption of industry-wide best practices in the design and automation of feature and performance testing. Working closely with both Engineering and Network Operations, you will also ensure that our automated testing systems meet and exceed industry standards. For success as our Staff QA Engineer, you?ll utilize the following skills and experiences acquired to date:
* Significant white box software testing experience, and solid professional experience testing web applications will give you the fundamental background necessary to play an integral role in identifying, investigating, reporting, and tracking defects * Full lifecycle QA experience will enable you to seamlessly create test plans, perform regression analysis, verify new features and fixes, build tools and run automated tests * Strong previous experience with working on a Unix platform, and scripting/development experience with Perl, Ruby, and/or Java will be required as these are the basics of our web application development environment * Continuous integration experience in Agile development environment (specifically Scrum) will help you quickly excel in our development process
